April 2024 5.00Very close to downtown Detroit. Nice quiet little place just 15 minutes to ballgames or downtown activities. Positive: Quiet neighborhood. Cozy little apartment. Close to downtown. Negative: If anything………one way Street.

June 2024 4.00Cozy Positive: The host was great and checked on us often to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. The house is charming and very cozy. The beds are very comfortable. Negative: The location left us a bit uncomfortable. However, we were reassured we were in a safe area and we had no issues at all.

Our host was extremely thoughtful and easy to work with, I highly recommend this stylish, tranquil and comfy accommodation! Negative: We loved everything! No complaints at all.

September 2024 2.00Viel zu teuer für‘s Gebotene Positive: Die Wohnung an sich ist okay. Negative: Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem typisch amerikanischen Holzhaus, in einer etwas dubiosen Lage Detroits mit viel Leerstand ringsherum. Das Areal am Haus ist völlig ungepflegt, dahinter befand sich Müll. Lebensäußerungen weiterer Gäste, die sich ebenfalls im Haus befanden (jedoch in einer anderen Etage), wie z.B. Schnarchen, Pupsen und noch Intimeres, waren deutlich zu hören. Der Preis (ca. 170 Euro/Nacht) ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt, auch wenn die Wohnung als solche modern eingerichtet und zufriedenstellend ausgestattet war.
