Very peaceful stay in convenient location. Positive: The apartment was clean and ready at check-in. I received a message immediately with door-codes and wifi password. My stay was quiet and peaceful. Negative: The $115 cleaning fee seems like a bit much. I already paid the amount advertised, and then this cleaning fee gets slapped on top of that. Why not just advertise the rate with everything considered? It felt sneaky.

a nice place to relax after a long loud concert Positive: the location was great. it was close to our venue and lots of fun things to do in detroit. Negative: maybe needed some chairs outside to sit. but that’s really it honestly.

Positive: The apartment was clean. It reminded me of the flat we lived at when I was a teenager. Negative: That it wasn't a TV in the bedrooms and we couldn't play PS 5. The wifi wouldn't connect to it

Great stay Positive: The area was really easy to get into safely and was very comfortable to stay in. It is a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Negative: We had no real issues, but the squirrels were pretty loud.

Positive: Very easy, instructions were received previously in a document and lock box was conveniently located in an illuminated area. Negative: The house next door is not in good shape

Positive: Able to change reservations when speaking directly with owner, owner was extremely quick with responses, and the accommodations were very nice and cute. Location was close to everything we needed (20min drive almost anywhere). Negative: The area is what it is, but it definitely could be in a better neighborhood. Although the security cameras in place help make you feel better and if needed, it is in close proximity to authorities.

Positive: Propre bien de l'intérieur Negative: Propre bien de l'intérieur mais le quartier à fuir, un guetto si pas véhiculer , bonne chance , moi j'ai pas pu faire une marche car je me sentais pas en sécurité...quartier délabré J ai dormi sur le sofa, lumière allumé et tv pour attendre le jour, j ai resté la nuit et quitter le lendemain alors que j ai loué pour 3 nuits...j'étais seule... Sucre et sel devrait être fourni

The apartment is in a good location, clean and modern. Positive: The location is really close to downtown, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Negative: Please add more untenses, there were four forks and four spoons. There were no trash bags, but our instructions were to clean all trash and take trash out. We had no idea where the outside trash was located. The instructions also stated to put all dishes in the dish washer, there wasn't a dishwasher. The apartment looks as if it is being remodeled.

Great location Positive: The location was great to do anything in the Detroit area. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I have stayed in the downstairs unit here as well and will definitely return again!!

Bedford St. Rental Positive: The home was very clean and comfortable. Negative: The tennant below was extremely loud. The 1st night, the noise didn't stop until after 1am. There was loud music and yelling. The property has a strict noise policy, but it didn't seem to be applicable to the tennant. Traveling from Nashville and having an early start on Saturday it made it difficult to fall asleep and get my children settled in. Another thing that I want to mention is that the staircase is steep leading up to the apartment, and the hallway light was not working. I only point this out because we have kids and luggage, which makes things complicated and slightly dangerous. If the noise levels were not so disruptive downstairs, I think our stay would have been much more enjoyable. My only other remark would be that the 10am checkout is early. Most other accommodations have a standard 11am checkout. Also, having to remove the linens from the beds at a rental is unusual as well. I personally feel like on vacation, most ppl would prefer not to complete those types of tasks as if at home. Other than that, the property, the neighborhood, and the apartment were all clean, comfortable, and safe.

Positive: Really cosy, well equiped, 2 rooms, a dining room outside of the living room, it was clean. Recent vent/air conditioning system, felt nice. Negative: The apartment door does not close, at all, you have to lock it to get the door close. And the door was open when we arrived the first time. The couch bed is.. Special, probably broken tbh, closed it and it's a good thing the couch in itself was comfortable. No problem with the 2 rooms & beds. Let's say that the neighborhood was a bit special, we had stares from people, middle finger for nothing and even loud music. Friends said they heard gunshots really close but hey, we're in America so why not.. It was okay once we were in the house. The apartment downstair (tenants ?) had the TV on from 5am, had to put some music so I could sleep more. There's no parking as mentioned btw, we were asked to put the car in the street since the driveway is occupied by the tenants.
